Shipping
Hair is typically shipped within 2-3 business days. During holidays, inclement weather & big sales, shipping may take longer but customers will be notified of any delays. ALL ORDERS ARE SENT WITHOUT SIGNATURE UNLESS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER. Please include a note with your order if you require a signature. Elgin Charles, Inc. is not responsible for packages once delivery has been confirmed. OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS IN ORDER TO CLEAR YOUR ITEMS.
EC Speciality items may 30-40 days to ship.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of business, exchanges are only granted within 7 days of delivery confirmation. All products and/or hair MUST be returned in original packaging (including bundle tie). If product seal has been broken or if hair has been tampered with (such as combed, washed, or installed) all exchange guarantees will be voided. To process a return, please email sales@elgincharles.com with the reason for your exchange request & your order number so that we may provide you with our return address.
Refund Policy
In cases where a refund is negotiated at Elgin Charles' discretion, uninstalled merchandise (unless otherwise indicated) will be refunded within 7 calendar days (for US Continental orders) or within 14 calendar days (for International or US military installation orders) from the original invoice date. All returned items MUST be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, i.e. Packaging intact, hair unprocessed, weft and hair length uncut etc. Customers must inform Elgin Charles, Inc. of any order discrepancy within 5 calendar days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
Canceling an Order
You may request that an order be cancelled, provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call (310) 858-8533 during Elgin Charles Beverly Hills hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 5-7 business days. We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
Although we provide a 100% hassle free cancelation policy, we would appreciate if all questions and concerns are answered prior to placing your order.
Please contact our customer service team to resolve any order discrepancies. If, for any reason, you must return your hair or products, we will not be responsible for returned packages lost during the shipment. All returned packages must be insured. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges.
