Elgin Charles, Inc. Return Policy
Elgin Charles, Inc. values its relationship with its customers, and therefore, offers a return policy for all of its products OTHER THAN HAIR UNITS purchased directly from it; PROVIDED THAT NO REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN FOR ANY PRODUCTS. Under this policy, a purchaser may return to Elgin Charles, Inc., within the applicable return policy period, products OTHER THAN HAIR UNITS purchased directly from Elgin Charles, Inc. for a credit in the amount of the purchase price actually paid TO BE USED ONLY for an exchange of another product offered by Elgin Charles, Inc., less shipping and handling fees previously charged to the purchaser. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE HAIR UNITS, NO CREDIT/EXCHANGE OR REFUND SHALL BE GIVEN FOR HAIR UNITS. In addition, NO CREDIT/EXCHANGE OR REFUND SHALL BE GIVEN FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES PREVIOUSLY CHARGED.

Unless you have a separate agreement with Elgin Charles, Inc., all products OTHER THAN HAIR UNITS purchased directly from Elgin Charles, Inc. may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date on the bottom of the shipper label (“return policy period”) for a credit in the amount of the purchase price actually paid TO BE USED ONLY for an exchange of another product offered by Elgin Charles, Inc., less shipping and handling fees previously charged.

To return the products, you must contact an Elgin Charles, Inc. customer service representative and receive a Credit Return Authorization Number within the return policy period. YOU MUST RECEIVE A CREDIT RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IN ORDER TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS. CALL 310-858-8533 TO RECEIVE YOUR CREDIT RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

You must ship back the products within five (5) days of the date you receive the Credit Return Authorization Number. You must:

    • Ship back the product and all accompanying components to Elgin Charles, Inc.
    • Return the products in the original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment to you.
    • Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
    • Mark the outside of your return shipping box with your Credit Return Authorization Number and your first and last name in clearly printed letters.

NO credit shall be given and no return shall be accepted if a Credit Return Authorization Number is not requested within the return policy period. NO credit shall be given and no return shall be accepted if the products are not returned within five (5) days of the date you receive the Credit Return Authorization Number. In addition, any returned products which are shipped more than five (5) days after the date on which you receive the Credit Return Authorization Number will be rejected and returned to you.

Shipping
We ship via the United States Postal Service. You can choose Express Shipping (1-2 days) or Priority Shipping (2-3 days). Please note that this does not include processing time - please allow an additional 3-4 business days for this. International orders will take longer.
